Backhaul Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment:
- 10% refundable deposit due at booking
- Remaining balance charged in full 14 days prior to arrival
Cancellation:
- Reservations can be canceled and refunded in full up to 14 days before the service date
- After the 14-day automatic payment, refunds are no longer available
- If booking within the 14-day window, full payment is charged at the time of booking.
Inclement Weather:
- If the National Weather Service issues a wind advisory or warning, or if the Captain
deems conditions unsafe, the trip will be canceled - In case of cancellation, notice will be provided, and efforts will be made to reschedule promptly
- A full refund will be issued if the trip is canceled by Kayak Horseshoe Bend due to weather conditions
